Welcome

My appetite for yoga is infectious. I love the alchemy of a full sprectrum class; a playful mixture of challenging poses, deep breath work and sweet silencing meditation.  I weave the universal principles of Anusara, my studies in therapeutics, integrative medicine, healing arts, love and wonder into a supportive web as a catalyst to go deeper in your practice.

My inspiration is my sister, Chanda, who fuels my passion to adapt yoga therapy to individuals living with any kind of injury.  As co-founder of The Chanda Plan, I’m blessed to work with a variety of clients on many levels to maintain wellness, promote balance, and improve their quality of life.
